Thank you for your interest in The Esther 414 Foundation. We are excited to share our story with you! We hope you’ll be inspired to participate with us once you learn how God is working through us and the ministry of The Esther 414 Foundation.

We are managing partners of The Esther Agency, LLC., a non-profit management and consulting firm. As Christian business owners, we strive to lead by example, and implemented a giving program for the company promoting biblical principles of tithing. In response to God’s challenge in Malachi 3:10, “Bring the whole tithe into the storehouse, that there may be food in my house. Test me in this, says the Lord Almighty, and see if I will not throw open the floodgates of heaven and pour out so much blessings that there will not be room enough to store it.” faithfully we donated nearly 100% of the profits from the Agency to create The Esther 414 Foundation in April 2018.

In just under one year’s time, The Esther 414 Foundation has a global army of 52,000 modern-day Esthers who are dedicated to prayer, education, and advocacy for Israel and ALL God’s people. To learn more go to ChristianWomenForIsrael.org.

As Christ-followers, we don’t believe in chance or coincidences but in an Almighty God who sees beforehand and orchestrates circumstances and events for His purpose. We remain in awe of the Father and the work He continues to do in those who serve Him.

So, why Esther? In the Bible, the story of Esther tells us how God used an ordinary woman’s influence to save the Jewish people from destruction. Just like Esther, we believe we have “come into the kingdom for such a time as this”. In today’s society, women are the most valuable and untapped resource. There is a desperate need for Godly women to rise-up with a new level of courage and unshakeable faith. Women are God’s secret weapon!

We believe we were Called by God to build and lead a modern-day global army of Esthers who will use their influence, boldness, wisdom, femininity, and favor to further His Kingdom work. The Esther 414 Foundation is committed to demonstrating Christ-like love to the lost, the least, and the last to make the world a better place.

We encourage you to get involved by serving others — whether it’s with our ministry or somewhere else that God is calling you — it’s never too late. Total obedience and devotion moves the heart and hand of God, thereby bringing life into impossible situations. We are proof that there is a mighty, living God! Our Father specializes in turning the ordinary into extraordinary for His glory “for such a time as this”.
