ABOUT US

Our Mission

The  Esther 414 Foundation exists to empower women and others in support of Israel, the United States, ministries, projects and programs providing faith-based social services throughout the world.

Our Vision

To equip a world-wide modern-day army of Esthers who will use their influence for God’s kingdom work on earth and for eternity.

Thank you for your interest in The Esther 414 Foundation. We are excited to share our story with you! We hope you’ll be inspired to participate with us once you learn how God is working through us and the ministry of The Esther 414 Foundation.

We are managing partners of The Esther Agency, LLC., a non-profit management and consulting firm. As Christian business owners, we strive to lead by example, and implemented a giving program for the company promoting biblical principles of tithing. In response to God’s challenge in Malachi 3:10, “Bring the whole tithe into the storehouse, that there may be food in my house. Test me in this, says the Lord Almighty, and see if I will not throw open the floodgates of heaven and pour out so much blessings that there will not be room enough to store it.” faithfully we donated nearly 100% of the profits from the Agency to create The Esther 414 Foundation in April 2018.

In just under one year’s time, The Esther 414 Foundation has a global army of 52,000 modern-day Esthers who are dedicated to prayer, education, and advocacy for Israel and ALL God’s people. To learn more go to ChristianWomenForIsrael.org.

As Christ-followers, we don’t believe in chance or coincidences but in an Almighty God who sees beforehand and orchestrates circumstances and events for His purpose. We remain in awe of the Father and the work He continues to do in those who serve Him…

Our Values

We are Evangelical Christians who are committed to upholding biblical principles as intentional servant leaders.

“Whoever wants to be a leader among you must be your servant, and whoever wants to be first among you must become your slave. For even the Son of Man came not to be served but to serve others and to give his life as a ransom for many.” Matthew 20:27-28

PRAYER

The foundation of our relationship with God, as we recognize God’s rule over all things.

“Do not conform to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God’s will is - his good, pleasing and perfect will. “
Romans 12:2

INTEGRITY

To reflect honesty and good character.

“To do righteousness and justice is more acceptable to the Lord than sacrifice."
Proverbs 21:3

LOVE

Demonstrating Christ-like love to all people.

“Another commandment, I give to you, that you love one another; just as I have loved you, you also are to love one another. By this all people will know that you are my disciples, if you have love for another.”
John 13:34-35

LOYALTY

Our devotion to protect and care for Israel and the Jewish people.

“And I will bless them that bless thee and curse him that curses thee; and in thee shall all nations of the earth be blessed.”
Genesis 12:3

JUSTICE

Giving people equal opportunity and fair treatment.

“Learn to do good; seek justice, correct oppression: bring justice to the fatherless, and please the widow’s cause.”
Isaiah 1:17

STEWARDSHIP

To use our time, talent and treasure for the glory of God.

“As each has received a gift, use it to serve one another, as good stewards of God’s varied grace.”
1 Peter 4:10

OBEDIENCE

Maintain discipline and focus on the Lord for His will.

“Now it shall be, if you diligently obey the Lord your God, being careful to do all His commandments which I command you today, the Lord your God will set you high above all the nations of the earth.”
Deuteronomy 28:1

EMPATHY

To visualize ourselves in someone else’s position.

“Be happy with those who are happy, and weep with those who weep.”
Romans 12:15

The Esther 414 Foundation and its programs acknowledge modern-day Israel was founded as a Jewish state, with Judaism as its major religion. The Esther 414 Foundation, Christian Women For Israel, and its members do not proselytize to the Jewish people.
